Shipping & delivery
I ship worldwide from Finland. (If you cannot find your country when checking out, please get in touch). Products will be dispatched withing 1-10 working days of the payment being cleared.
Unless otherwise noted, products will be sent to the address specified by the buyer when placing an order.
Then responsibility of Nämä ends when goods are delivered at the post office or courier office at the origin of the shipment.The buyer is responsible of picking up/receiving the shipping at destination in due time. In case of lost or damage make sure you make a claim to the post / courier company in due time. In case of damage, please also send a photo to shop@nama.fi as soon as you receive the damaged package / item ( not later than 24 hours from the reception).
Insurance may be added for an extra fee as per buyer’s request, contact Nämä to get it organized!
Prices
All prices are in Euros. Prices don’t include taxes except for buyers from the VAT European Union countries, for them the Finnish VAT is included. Shipping expenses are added when you add the products to your cart.
Payment
All payments are processed through PAYPAL, a fully secure and well-trusted online payment processor. All major debit and credit cards are accepted. For more information about Paypal visit the site www.paypal.com.
For customers living in Finland, a normal bank transaction is accepted, please contact shop@nama.fi.
Return policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items in their original condition and in their original package or similar withing 14 days of the date of delivery. All returned goods are to be communicated by mail to shop@nama.fi before shipped. The shipping costs of a returned item are not reimbursed. Refunds are processed through Paypal upon the arrival of the returned items to origin. When you are returning items, you will be responsible for the cost and the risks of damages / lost… .

Claims
Should arrive by mail to shop@nama.fi 24 hors upon the arrival of goods to destination. No claim will be handle after this period.
